You can just save right before the end of the VP ticker reaches zero, claim the win (or loss, for the "Heartbreaking Loss" achievement), load that save file again, and then your progress will count if you want to get them faster. If you're using the maps where your units are Infantry/ battered Support Weapons crew, you're better off claiming the win in the Victory Point game mode. For example, if you're using the maps where your units are Tanks, then you're good to go. You can also grind the Annihilation game mode in these maps, provided that the units in the map you're using are capable of destroying the enemy's base. One of the killing map, the 'Pak43 Achievements' require a little extra effort for you to do because the Pak43s can't be spawned in the WorldBuilder, so you will need to build them yourselves with the Pioneers and resources provided in the map. Most of the "killing maps" require you to only be present there and then you can watch as the carnage ensues between the units that are already placed there.
